Practical Network Solutions Ltd recognise that all businesses have different IT requirements and offers a range of support contracts to suit its client's needs.

Software reliability can never be 100% guaranteed and problems will sometimes occur. Although Practical Network Solutions make every effort to minimise the chance of businesses experiencing any problems, we can not guarantee that none will emerge. This is why having even the basic contracts is paramount in keeping your operation running profitably.

The support contracts that we offer are:

• Preventative Support - for those clients who want complete peace of mind. The level of support included in this contract is unlimited telephone/dial in support as required together with, bi-weekly dial-in server health checks.

• Essential Support - for customers who have a basic amount of technical expertise or have an onsite technical team. This contract includes unlimited telephone/dial in support when required by the customer.

• AdHoc Support - the clients who benefit from taking up this level of support (with all telephone, dial-in, and onsite visits charged for at the retrospective rates), have a fully qualified technical team on site but require additional assistance to cover holidays etc
